Lead Builders Inc. (LBI) is a specialized building solution provider with extensive design-build expertise. We produce vertical and horizontal construction projects on-time to meet or exceed federal project objectives. By effectively interfacing with architectural-engineering teaming partners, facility users and applying effective project controls, LBI efficiently delivers project excellence to the customer.

Incorporated in 2003, LBI has since become an accomplished General & Electrical Contractor (B and C-10 Licensed). We are a minority owned small business in the state of California. Although we incorporated in 2003, LBI’s project management staff brings over 150 years of combined construction experience to every project, no matter the size.
